Between where you are and where you want to be, something keeps happening...

Do any of this feels familiar?

  • I've restarted so many times that I no longer know where to begin.

  • My plans look great on paper, but rarely survive a normal week.

  • I start with good intentions, then slowly drift away from my own plans.

  • I've spent months thinking about something I still haven't started.

Or maybe it looks more like this...

  • I'm considering a career change but can't decide.

  • I keep postponing a business or project I care about.

  • My health goals keep restarting every few months.

  • I know what I should do, but I'm not doing it.

Before trying another fresh start

Take a moment to understand what happened the last time. The next chapter of your journey may be hidden inside the previous one.

We often focus on where we want to go next. Less often, we stop to understand what happened on the journey we just left behind.

Between the First Step and the Thousandth is a free guide that explores what can happen between where we are and where we want to be—and the patterns that can quietly interrupt movement along the way.

Want to explore how these patterns may be showing up in your own journey? Learn more about ongoing support.

So how do you actually get from where you are to where you want to be?

There is no single step. There is a journey.

Moving forward rarely comes down to a single decision, a single breakthrough, or a single plan.

It often involves understanding where you are, identifying what needs to change, building a realistic path forward, and learning how to keep moving when life inevitably gets in the way.

That's what Mind to Motion is designed to help you do.

M.O.T.I.O.N. stands for: MAP • OBSERVE • TRANSFORM • IDENTIFY • OUTLINE • NAVIGATE

The best way to understand Mind to Motion is to experience it.

Complete the Mind to Motion Assessment and receive a personalized report prepared by me. You'll receive a personalized Mind to Motion Report highlighting:

✓ Potential patterns

✓ Areas worth exploring

✓ Observations about your current situation

✓ Potential next steps worth exploring for your journey.

Each report is personally reviewed and delivered within 24–72 hours.

If you'd like support applying what you discover, you can explore ongoing support.

Support for the Journey Between

Ongoing support is designed for those who would like guidance applying the M.O.T.I.O.N. framework to their own journey as challenges, decisions, obstacles, and opportunities arise in real life.

Together, we use the framework to explore what is happening, identify potential next steps, and keep movement going when the journey becomes uncertain, complicated, or difficult to navigate alone.

How support works

Sessions are not booked instantly.

When you request a session, you'll answer a few short questions so I can better understand where you are and what you're looking for.

From there, I'll get back to you within 24–72 hours with the next steps and available times.

To maintain the quality of support, I work with a limited number of clients at a time.

Questions you might have...

I’ll review your request and get back to you within 24–72 hours with the next steps and available times.

You can pay by card or PayPal, and instalment options (up to 3 payments) may also be available through Klarna, depending on your location and eligibility.

Payment links and scheduling details are provided after I review your request. If we're a good fit to work together, I'll send the next steps, available times, and the relevant payment link.

Sessions are scheduled after your request. I’ll contact you with available times based on your responses.

We focus on one specific challenge, clarify what's happening, identify the real block, and define a practical next step. You'll also receive a written recap and a follow-up session.

You don't need to have everything figured out. You just need to be willing to look honestly at what's happening and take a first step forward.

If you feel stuck between where you are and where you want to be—whether you don't know what to do, or you know what to do but aren't doing it—this support may be a good fit. Together, we'll clarify what's happening and define a realistic way forward.

Yes. Maison HauteMind Guided Reflection Journals are included with the 1.5, 3, and 6-month support programs.

Unlike a traditional blank journal, these guided journals provide structured prompts, exercises, and reflections designed to help you explore patterns, develop awareness, and apply what you're learning in real life.

They help extend the Mind to Motion process beyond our conversations by providing a place to reflect, track observations, and continue moving forward between sessions.

If you'd like to learn more about the journals, you can explore them here: Discover the Guided Refelection Journals

Guided Reflection Journals are not included with the Action Block Session.

You can reach out when challenges arise. We use those moments as material for the coaching process rather than waiting until the next session. this is included with the 1.5, 3, and 6-month support programs—not with the Action Block Session.

If you actively engage with the process during the first month and genuinely feel the support has not been helpful, let me know.

We'll review the situation together and, if we agree that the support isn't the right fit, I'll refund your payment.

I want people to work with me because the process is helping—not because they're locked into it.

No. You can request support directly. However, the assessment can be a helpful way to better understand your situation before deciding whether ongoing support is right for you.

Some situations we can explore together

Every journey is different, but here are a few examples of challenges people often bring for support.

You've been thinking about starting a business, project, or side venture for months—or years—but it never quite leaves the planning stage.

You know a career change may be necessary, but every possible option seems to create new questions.

You've succeeded before, but what worked then doesn't seem to be working now

You keep setting goals around health, fitness, routines, or habits, yet the same cycle keeps repeating.

You're working toward something important, but life keeps interrupting the process and you're struggling to adapt without abandoning the goal entirely.

You've reached a crossroads and need to make a decision, but uncertainty is making it difficult to move forward.

You're carrying multiple priorities at once and no longer know what deserves your attention first.

You know where you'd like to be, but you're struggling to see a realistic path from where you are today.

Progress in one area of life seems to come at the expense of another, and you're struggling to find a balance that actually works.

The problem isn't a lack of information. It's turning what you know into consistent action.

You've spent years collecting fresh starts and want this next beginning to feel different.

Still have questions?

Send me a message and I'll get back to you.

Stay connected

Each week, I share reflections, observations, and practical ideas about progress, setbacks, repeated beginnings, and the patterns that shape movement.

If you'd like to stay connected, you're welcome to join the newsletter.
